We respect your privacy and process your data under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law. For any question about your data, write to [email protected].

What we collect

Account: your mobile number, your name if you add it, and your preferred language.
Requests: what you write, your answers, any photos you attach, and your city.
Conversations: messages and photos you exchange with stores.
Payments: the amount and status of a transaction. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach us.
Device: a device identifier, push notification token and app version, to send notifications and protect your account.

How we use it

To deliver your request to suitable stores and show you their offers.
To sign you in, protect your account, and prevent fraud and abuse.
To notify you about your requests and issue the e-invoices the law requires.
To improve the service, using aggregate statistics that do not identify you.

We do not sell your data or use it for anyone else's advertising.

What stores see

Stores see what your request says and your city, not your mobile number. A store only gets your number if you contact it by call or WhatsApp, or share it in a conversation.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers working for us, and only as far as needed: hosting and storage, the payment provider, the SMS service for sign-in codes, and the notification service. We disclose data to authorities where the law requires it.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account we remove what identifies you, and keep transaction and invoice records, no longer linked to you, for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to know what data we hold, receive a copy, correct it, or have it deleted. You can delete your account from the buyer app's settings, or write to [email protected] for anything else.

Security

Connections to our services are encrypted, access to data is limited to those who need it, and every support access to user data is logged.
